Purchase Options & Cancellation Policy

All purchases made through the Rack City website are considered final once an order has been placed.

Because many of our items are unique, one-of-a-kind, pre-owned, or gently used, we begin processing orders promptly after they are received.

Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at Hannah@shoprackcity.com. We will do our best to accommodate cancellation requests; however, cancellations cannot be guaranteed once an order has been processed, shipped, or fulfilled.

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Final Sale Items
All purchases are final sale. We do not accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges due to sizing, fit, change of mind, or buyer's remorse.
